Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation
1.1 All tour bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels.
1.2 A booking is confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received and acknowledged by our team.

2. Itinerary & Changes
2.1 Itinerary for Reference Only: All itineraries provided (via website, email, or printed materials) are for reference purposes only.
2.2 Flexible Timings: The timing and flow of the tour may vary depending on conditions such as weather, road traffic, or operational factors.
2.3 Operator Rights: The operator reserves the right to amend or adjust the itinerary without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, to ensure guest safety, or to improve the experience.
2.4 Pickup Timing Notice: Pickup times may differ from those listed in the itinerary. Please follow the pickup time provided by our reservation representatives. Failure to appear at the specified pickup time, or within 10 minutes after, will be considered a no-show (refer to Section 4.2).

3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Prices are quoted in the stated currency and are subject to change before booking confirmation.
3.2 Full payment is required prior to the tour date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by You
100% refund: For cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled tour date.
50% refund: For cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.
No refund: For cancellations made within 24 hours or on the same day as the tour.
4.2 No‑Show & Late Arrival
Guests who fail to show up at the designated time and location (including late arrivals beyond 10 minutes of the confirmed pickup time) will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for any refund.
4.3 Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event we must cancel a tour (due to low participation, extreme weather, operational issues, or force majeure), a full refund or alternative arrangement of equal value will be offered.

5. Liability & Insurance
5.1 We act as an intermediary between you and the local service providers. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages arising from the actions or negligence of third parties.
5.2 Participation in tours is at your own risk. You are encouraged to secure appropriate travel insurance that covers medical expenses, cancellations, theft, and third-party liability.

6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Ensure all personal travel documents are valid (e.g., passports, visas, permits).
6.2 Follow the instructions of tour guides, staff, and service providers to ensure safety and group cohesion.
6.3 Pickup times may vary from those stated in promotional materials. Please refer to the specific time provided by our reservation team, and be ready on time. Failure to be present within 10 minutes of the assigned pickup time will be treated as a no-show (see 4.2).
6.4 Any additional charges arising from your delay, non-compliance, or failure to follow instructions are your responsibility.

7. Privacy & Data Handling
7.1 We value your privacy. Your data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Your information may be shared with third-party partners strictly for purposes related to the fulfillment of your booking.

8. Amendments to Terms
8.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
8.2 The version applicable at the time of your confirmed booking will govern your transaction unless otherwise agreed.
